Our last couple of weeks via Instagram

I feel like I am officially the last person to have Instagram but I'm so happy I finally have it in 2013!
I love capturing our everyday moments.
Here's a little peek into the last couple of weeks. Hopefully I'll be better about doing a weekly recap.
Damian and I enjoyed a date day while his parents babysat the kids. We went out for lunch at our favorite Japanese steak house, did a little shopping, went to see a movie, did a little more shopping, and ended with frozen yogurt. It was so much fun and a much needed date!

This little guy amazes me with the creations he can build with his legos.
He does it all by himself, too. He follows the instuctions step by step...that's the impressive part.

The kids and I were headed to Walmart on New Years Eve. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded!

We had our own little party for New Year's Eve and I made appetizers for dinner.

My sister, brother in-law, niece, and nephews came over to celebrate with us for a few hours.
I could not get the kids to look at me!

My sis and I had a champagne toast!

Max and his cousin Joshua played a little game of basketball.

We had a couple of extra kids spend the night! They had so much fun playing together!

Max learned to ride his bike without training wheels. So proud of my big boy!
After a playdate with friends (where I took absolutely no pictures),
we left the trains up for Max to play with and he really enjoyed them.

After the kids played at Monkey Joe's last Sunday, we went to Adobe Gila's for lunch.
They have the best french dip sandwich(my fav) and wings(D's fav),
even though it is a mexican place.

We ended our fun day with frozen yogurt from Menchie's. Yum!
Yesterday, my sweet nephew Lucas turned 1. It has been the fastest year!

He's such a smiley, happy little guy!
He enjoyed playing, eating his cake, and opening his gifts.
We had a fun little family party!

His big brother Noah had fun, too! He is such a 2 year old!! I love those boys to pieces!

Here are about half of the cousins showing off their dirty feet!

I had to get some baby snuggles in with our sweet Abigail.
It feels like just yesterday my babies were this small.
I know I could have put her down to sleep, but she was too precious!

Today, we went to church, Target, and then took the kids on a bike ride to the park.
Max's favorite thing is to swing. He could swing all day! They also had fun playing tag!

After the bike ride and playing at the park, the kids were begging to go swimming. I honestly can't remember the last time we went swimming in January but it was 82 degrees and beautiful!

I decided the water was too cold for me, so I soaked up the sun and read my book while D and the kids splashed around!
